Sex-Based Discrimination is Prohibited

The district does not discriminate on the basis of sex. Discrimination on the basis of sex can include sexual harassment, and sexual violence.

The district’s Title IX policy applies to every school site, office, and to all district programs and activities.

Hatch Valley Public Schools will respond promptly and effectively to complaints of sex-based discrimination, including sexual harassment and sexual violence.
