HATCH VALLEY PUBLIC SCHOOLS (HVPS) follows procedures contained in the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act (NMSA 1978, Chapter 14, Article 2). Under the Inspection of Public Records Act, every person has the right to inspect HVPS's public records. The Act also makes compliance with requests to inspect public records an integral part of the routine duties of the employees of HVPS.
